Please complete the following steps to solve any login problem.
- Does the user have an email account that can receive emails? If not, we will provide them with a (non-functioning) email address that they can use as their username. Click on the following link to find out more.
- If the user is able to receive emails from GCSE Prepper, ask them to use the ‘reset password’ functionality from the login page. This will send the user an activation link that they can use to log in to the platform
- If they do not receive the email, you must find out whether the email address held on GCSE Prepper is correct (and edit it if not). Click here to find out more
- If the email is correct but doesn’t arrive, then the most likely reason is that the school mail server is blocking our emails. Click here to find out how to prevent this
