How do I reset my password?

Click on the following link to take you to the login page. Then follow these instructions:

1. Click on the ‘Reset your password’ link
2. Enter your email address
3. Click on the box to confirm you are not a ‘bot’
4. Press the ‘Send’ button
5. Go to your email & open the email that we have just sent you
6. Click on the link in the email
7. Enter a new password – making sure it’s the same in both boxes
